    1. blizzard happened
      1. Simmons and Baker shut down due to staffing issues
        1. Mancus said there would maybe be Grab n Go in place, but only 25 boxes were made for all of Simmons
        2. emergency meeting with Mancus
          1. Bon Appetit said they had an emergency plan, but there was no plan
        3. emergency pizzas were ordered
    2. planning food security action team meeting (with Kate)
      1. in last meeting with Mancus, he said dining was great during IAP
      2. less responsive about flex dollars since dining is only a “small” part of that program
  3. Underclassmen Rep
    1. please sign up for 24hr publicity challenge events
      1. raising funds for residential leadership
      2. “we need money, guys” - Andrew

      4. also are dorm presidents interested in doing dorm highlights

    1. to presidents, potential for more involvement with RPMs?
      1. there is room for dorm govs to work with the AD department to get more involved with RPMs

    1. housing intent form was due yesterday at noon
      1. not much flexibility for late submissions
    2. got results, numbers are looking decent

        1. looks like half of residents want to go into grad housing
        2. other half mostly split up between Maseeh, Simmons, NV, EC, BC

        1. there will be a floor in Tang with dedicated UG lounge
        2. there was(?) a transition team, but HRS has not checked in with McCormick residents about what amenities are needed
        3. HRS was going to ask DC to deal with transition, but now is going to Milo (special projects person)

      4. Cat policies
        1. want to reexamine and make cat hall policies more consistent between dorms (EC/Random thing)
          1. also want to make sure cat owners understand the responsibilities of cat ownership and necessity for documentation
          2. headed by Milo and someone from RCL

    1. if your dorm needs additional funding, fill out form by March 8
    2. event allotment went out a few days ago
      1. no more slots, but can beg and plead also by march 8

    1. going to start working on UG in grad dorm rep stuff
